| SUB-ASSEMBLY
/ RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION |
|
All
raw materials including sub assemblies
made in shop are inspected on a
sampling basis in accordance with
MIL-STD-105.
|

| IN-PROCESS INSPECTION |
|
Magnetic
components are 100% tested and
inspected for quality workmanship at
least three times: after they are
wound, again prior to potting or
varnishing, and finally after
finishing.

| FINAL INSPECTION |
|
Final
Quality Control inspection to customer
specifications is done on a sampling
basis on in accordance with
MIL-STD-105.

| ENVIRONMENTAL
TESTING |
|
We
also assume the responsibility for the
environmental tests: shock and
vibration, salt spray, thermal shock,
radiographic inspection, etc.
We can perform
partial-discharge testing (corona
test) as high as 40,000 AC or DC which
is far more sophisticated than the
methods described in MIL-PRF-27.
