Polyphase
Instrument Company was founded
in 1947 as a manufacturer of
stress and strain gauge
instruments, hence our
name.

| Shortly
thereafter, we entered into commercial
magnetics
as a supplier of pulse transformers to
the fledgling computer industry.
This quickly evolved into military
magnetics, as we became a supplier to
the first nuclear submarine
programs.
Early
on we abandoned the instrument
manufacture. For over 50 years we
have developed our expertise designing
and producing magnetics for any need.
Today,
we continue to build on this
experience and embrace modern
materials and manufacturing
technologies and principles.
